I created this cardboard castle using a cardboard mold found one finds encasing new appliances and electronics. I made the minarets with paper clay and gold flaking.

Shell Boxes

I realized that although I have posted my work to the community, I've failed to post to my account. Here are all the shell boxes I have created thus far:

And these:

Jewelry Box

Thought I'd start posting work I've done on here. Here is a jewelry box I made for my daughter last Christmas. I used the program "Illustrator" to create the Louis Vuitton-like design, and water decal paper to print it upon, then affixed the decal paper to the white jewelry box. I rather like it, my daughter loves it. I used her initials instead of Louis' Vuitton's, nice personalization.

Concealing Bookcase Clutter
[info]koleena
Hi~

I use my bookcase for storage as I have a small house. I made these panels to conceal the clutter on the bottom shelves. I used tension rods to suspend the fabric I used. I didn't make it like a curtain, I wanted a panelled look. Anyway, here is before:

and here is after:

Anyway, it was a solution to hiding clutter and I hope it helps someone with their solution.

Altoid Kitty
[info]koleena
Here is a gift I created for my mother-in-law, hope she likes it. The kitty tucked right into the altoid box, so I created a little basket for her to sleep in. She's dreaming about birds, as you can see. The other one I created for my sister-in-law, it's a little frippary box, lined with velvet.
